The International Coaching Federation defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought - provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximise their personal and professional potential.
Coaching is very much driven by your needs. It can revolve around specific areas where you want to move forward, or start off generically. It can focus on professional or personal goals. Coaching is a process of compassionate listening, exploring powerful questions and using coaching tools to enable you to draw on your resources to plan a way forward with a renewed mindset. It is usually delivered through a series of 4 to 6 one-hour sessions but can be flexible to suit your needs.
Compassion, respect, confidentiality and integrity are core values of my coaching practice.
My coaching has evolved from a passion to support people to achieve their goals and reach their full potential professionally and personally. My goal is to partner with people to develop strategies to secure their wellbeing, improve their motivation, set a direction, achieve their goals and ensure they reach their full potential with achievable action steps.
